The Writer’s Room
Fever103 Writer’s Room is an initiative that offers emerging artists a dedicated space to share, test, and develop new work in a supportive, collaborative environment. Across monthly sessions, artists are invited to present works-in-progress and engage in thoughtful discussion with fellow creatives through a regular practice of reading, reflection, and exchange.
Curated and hosted by Monique Marani & Callum Mackay, each session brings together a small group of artists, with up to eight participants per month, fostering a focused and generous space for creative dialogue and community-building. Artists are allocated 20 minutes each to present their work and receive feedback, allowing time both to share and to explore ideas in conversation with the group.
Work shared in the Writer’s Room can include playwriting, poetry, music, dance, performance text, or other creative forms, and artists at all stages of development are encouraged to express interest. The program welcomes a wide range of voices and practices, supporting experimentation and connection through ongoing creative exchange.
